I have purchased a Pinhead 2 pack security lock set. Can I get any other products which you sell to match my key?

Yes, you can. When you order a new set online just put your existing key number and say "I would like this set keyed to my existing set" in the comment box.

How do I find the key number and where do I register my key?

Your unique key number is located on the back of the key. Once you have found it you will need to register it at http://www.pinheadlocks.com and follow the links to register your key.

What bike can I fit the Pinhead security lock sets to?

The Pinhead products are a universal fit to most bikes. This includes horizontal drop outs.

What do I do when I lose my key?

As long as you have registered your key online you can order a new one via our website.  Contact This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. If I order Pinhead parts from your website how long does it take to get to me?

It depends where you are located and what shipping method you choose.  Remember, it is not unusual for the product to get stuck at the border for a couple of days while it clears customs.  Also remember that ordering duing busy times for Canada post (like Christmas) may also cause some delays. 

It is best to use a delivery option that includes a tracking number, if we don't have a tracking number for you the best we can tell you is when it was shipped.  We will replace items with a tracking number if they get lost in the mails, but cannot replace items without a tracking number.  Shipping methods that include a tracking number are expedite shipping and priority shipping.

Where are your products available?

Have you got any new products on the way?

We have just launched our new headset lock which secures your stem and forks to the bike. This can be seen on our products page. Also we will be adding our new Bubble Lock in summer '10 which means you will be able to lock up your entire bike with only one key.

If I have purchased a licensed OnGuard product can I get spares?

Yes, OnGuard customers can register their products the same as normal and order parts and replacement keys through Pinhead.

I can't find my products instructions. How can I get a copy?

If you go to our website you can download a copy of the instructions there for free.

Can I use Pinhead security skewers with suspension forks?

Yes, you can. They just replace your STD quick release systems.

Who supplies replacement keys or parts?
